Well, once Peter was snapped so was Spiderman in no way home I could see Flash coming to the conclusion or some smarter kid coming to the conclusion that Peter is Spiderman, they then spread that around the school and it leaks out of the school into the public once James doxxes Peter.

@@Lizfan2 In Avengers infinity war, which takes place in the year 2018, he along with half of all life in the universe got snapped out of existence by Thanos. Then Avengers Endgame carries on 5 years later in 2023 where the Avengers snap everyone who once turned to dust back to existence. Spider-Man Far From Home takes place several months after Endgame where they explain how any student who disappeared and returned 5 years later has to retake their highschool year where they left off last, thus making Peter and his other friends who got snapped before. Spider-Man No Way Home takes place in the Marvel Timeframe immediately after Spider-Man Far From Home.

Tony put himself and everyone he was around or connected to, which ultimately was a small circle because he’s a self-centered he could testicle jerk, in harms way. As batman said… The mask isn’t for you, it’s for those you care about. When bad guys who are generally people who don’t follow the rules or give a shit about them, look for weaknesses to exploit against those who try to get in their way… They explore all options. Meaning if the bad guys that you fight against know who your identity is and who you are, they go after everyone that is connected to you, family members, distant family members, your friends, even fucking associates. Just to try to get a leg up on you, just to try to get to you. The mask is for protecting others, not yourself

Oh man....if only there were a race of shape-shifting aliens in the MCU....shape-shifting aliens with a personal connection to Nick Fury...if such a race of aliens existed, then they could just pose as Peter and stand next to Spider-Man, or vice versa, and solve the whole "Oh no, people know that Peter is Spider-Man" conundrum....I guess since no such race of shape-shifting aliens exist in the MCU , we'll just have to see how they work things out in this movie.

On 17 April 2021, Alfred Molina who played Otto Octavius in 2004's Spider-Man 2, confirmed that he is returning for this movie to play the villain again after 17 years. He also elaborated as to how exactly his character is alive in this movie. In Spider-Man 2 he died of drowning after stopping the fusion reaction, but according to Molina, his character will somehow move into the multiverse right before he was supposed to die in Spider-Man 2, meaning he's still alive.

Jamie Foxx and Alfred Molina will be reprising their roles as Electro and Doctor Octopus for this film respectively. Previously Foxx appeared in the non-MCU movie The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) of the Marc Webb and Molina in Spider-Man 2 (2004) of the Sam Raimi Spider-Man film series. This makes them the third and fourth actor respectively to be reprising their roles from a previous incarnation. The first was Lou Ferrigno who provided vocal effects of the Hulk from The Incredible Hulk (2008) to Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) (though he was only credited in the former) who previous portrayed the Hulk in both live-action and animation from The Incredible Hulk (1977) to The Incredible Hulk (1996). The second is J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson who appeared in the epilogue of Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019), who famously portrayed the character in all three of the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films. Also together with Simmons, they are the only actors from the previous two Spider-Man film franchises to be involved in the Spider-Man films from Marvel Studios.

@@hazardousacid749 And I mean some people may have missed it and a Norman Osborne character isn't confirmed to be in it yet, not to my knowledge at least. I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination or me projecting, so I'd say it was a fair question to ask. Not everyone necessarily knows the name of the bomb so I said green bomb. I am aware that it has been referred to by a couple names most commonly Pumpkin Bombs and sometimes Goblin Bombs. Don't do the gatekeeping thing, especially not with me right now. It's rude. I like to give people a the benefit of the doubt so maybe you actually thought you were being helpful. I doubt it. But just in case, be aware that the impact of how you said that came across as a put down.

My brain hurts... I love reading alternate universes where stuff like this happens all the time, but... Physically seeing it hits different. It really stings. Just the thought of Pete never being able to go back to his life as a light-hearted secret nerd superhero that makes Mr.Stark's hair go grey. All this time I wanted MCU Peter Parker to stay as this "pure spiderling", because it's my #1 comfort character... I bonded with fanon so much it's crazy. But I think we all know that the things he will go through in this movie will show that Spider-Man is capable of as amazing things as all the other Avengers. Past Spidey will always be in my heart, but I want to be open towards new things and movies, even if It will hurt me on an unreasonably personal level. I swear to god, if something bad happens between Parker and Strange, I will not hesitate to kill people. That would be too many complicated relationships with male adults in the kid's lifetime. tldr; I read too much fanfiction and I'm scared I will cry in the cinema from both the plot and realization that this is canon.

This just changed the Mary Jane story, everyone thought that MJ wasn't the real Mary Jane, but since everyone knows peter is Spiderman, I guess she is the Mary Jane of Spiderman. Unless there is a great twist that, whats happening is the illusion of Dr. Strange power to live a premonition that Peter reveal his ID.
